At Fashion Fab Creation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, our return policy allows you to return products under the guidelines below.
1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Tags: It must be in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and hygiene strips (if applicable) still attached.
Product: Only T-shirts purchased directly from www.fashionfabcreation.com are eligible for return.
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned after the 7-day return window.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or Non-Returnable (if applicable).
2. How to Initiate a Return

Your Order Number.
The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).
Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for the return process, including the pickup arrangement. Please do not send the product back without an RA number.
Package the Item: Securely package the T-shirt(s), ensuring the original tags are intact. Clearly mark the RA number on the exterior of the package.
Handover: Our designated courier partner will contact you to schedule a pick-up of the return package.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refund Timeline: The refund will be credited to your account within 3-7 working days after the returned product has been successfully picked up and inspected at our facility.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. This ensures the fastest service and stock availability for your desired item.
5. Shipping Costs (For Returns)
In case of a defective item or error from our side (e.g., wrong item/size sent): The return shipping cost will be covered by Fashion Fab Creation.
In case of returns due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or dislike of the product: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, or a small deduction will be made from the refund amount (as per our policy at the time of return initiation).
